Duvha Foundry 5 was established in 2012, by Mr A.S Tshivhase. It is a casting manufacturing business producing castings in chrome Iron, Steel and stainless-steel alloys. We produce castings in Silica Sand mould made from wooden or resin patterns.

We produce from basic sand castings, to extremely complex, multi core moulds. is Duvha Foundry determined to stay ahead of modern casting need. We expect growth in both sales and revenue due to exceptional quality products, just in time delivery and competitive pricing, i.e. customers’ satisfaction.

Facilities and Capabilities:

We have furnaces consisting of 2500KG, 1000KG, 600KG furnace all controlled, on different power packs, Brucker Q4 Spectrometer, a fully automated 5 ton/ hour sand plant with a continuous mixer, Brinnell hardness tester, Shotblasting plant, Sand Blasting Unit, Industrial compressor with air dryer, 5 Ton Cranes X 3, 10 Ton Cranes X 2, Top hat heat treatment furnace and all other foundry accessories.

The foundry can cast Steel, Heat and Chemical resistance Stainless Steel, Chrome Iron, Cast Iron, SG Iron and Special steel like Manganese etc. Castings weight ranges from 2.5KG to 1500KG Net Weight depending on the castings yield and method requirements.

Quality Policy/Processes:

Quality is the heartbeat of Duvha Foundry to any casting being poured, we test every heat to ensure conformance to all association guidelines, specifications and customers’ requirements. All castings are metallurgically tested using our Q4 Bruker spectrograph, microscopic evaluation, hardness testing machine, sent out for tensile testing and/or X-Ray testing to ensure solidity were required.

Duvha Foundry is ISO 2001:2015 SABS accredited. Duvha Foundry is also a member of the following SAIF and SASSDA.
